I have to say Elizabeth made it super easy to book our cruise. She answered all of my questions and concerns. We are novice cruisers, so this was out of our comfort zone but Mindy made the process so easy! She was there to answer any of our questions and had great advice for our cruise in February 2024. Mindy has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We've booked 3 cruises now using her services and I wouldn't do it any other way ever again. I used to do it all for our group of friends and the amount of work is definitely a full-time job. Not only does she get us the best rate, but she's also extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question we throw at her. I have been meaning to tell you that the pre-vacation package that you sent with everything we needed for our trip a couple weeks ago definitely made it a very clear decision to book with you the next time we book a trip. Elizabeth gave us all the tips and tricks needed to make an awesome first trip to Disney for my husband and sons! We heard several people complaining about not getting spots in Savi's Workshop, but we had no problem booking! She gave us the perfect order of parks (since we didn't have a rest day) and Genie+ information so that we were able to ride every ride we wanted to! She did such a good job that my husband (non-believer) is already planning on a future trip! Thanks Elizabeth - we really appreciate it!! My husband and I worked with Elizabeth to help plan our honeymoon. From the moment we reached out to Elizabeth, she was extremely helpful and prompt with all communications. We had given her certain parameters for our honeymoon (budget, time frame, overall experience we wanted, etc) and she went above and beyond in finding us options for our dream vacation. We were shocked at the deals she was able to find!! We would have never in a million years thought that we could afford the vacation that we went on, but Elizabeth made it happen for us. She was also very helpful in booking the transportation service, COVID insurance, and sending us other helpful information for traveling out of the country. Our experience on the Odyssey of the Seas was excellent, only marred by two ports blocking our entry. (Not really in RC control for that one) overall, RC compensated us for all losses and even went beyond expectations to give us 50% back in FCCs. We’re already attempting to plan the next cruise, so obviously didn’t feel put out from this time around. Elizabeth made our family (12 people) vacation to Disneyworld of amazing! She organized large groups activities, fast passes and meals as well as individual ones. Elizabeth was an angel the whole planning process. She went above and beyond making sure we were all set to go on our honeymoon cruise. Everything was perfect! As this was our first cruise, things were a bit confusing for us. Elizabeth explained everything and helped us every step of the way! She kept me posted on reservations dates (when to book dining, fast passes, etc) and helped us have the vacation of our dreams. Elizabeth was amazing! She got every dining reservation we wanted, went out of her way to change our room reservation when Disney announced its free dining plan promotion, spent over an hour on the phone with me planning fast passes and otherwise guiding me through the attractions that would be the best fit for our family. Not only did Elizabeth save my family a TON of money on our trip to Disney this fall, she also kept us up to date on everything Disney leading up to our trip.
